We use your information to respond to inquiries, deliver and improve our services, send relevant updates, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data — ever.
4. Legal basis (GDPR)
We process your data based on your consent, our legitimate interests in running our business, the performance of a contract with you, or legal obligations — whichever applies to the specific processing.
5. Sharing & sub-processors
We rely on trusted infrastructure providers (cloud hosting, telephony, analytics, email). These vendors process data on our behalf under data processing agreements and only for the purposes we authorize.
6. Data retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary to provide the service or as required by law. Demo call transcripts are kept for up to 30 days for quality improvement, then deleted.
